I joined this organization in Feb 2010, during its initial years. With time, the organization grew, the premium size increased, and with that the complexity of the business increased as well. But it has been a fun ride till now.
In my career of 18 years, I have not seen any company that can match the energy levels of Universal Sompo. The speed at which changes are happening here, the market is taking a note of it. I feel together we have a great future ahead.
I have joined USGI on 25th March 2021. All seniors and staff are very cooperative. The best part of USGI you can connect directly to each one on call. We make a relationship with our customers and our partners every time we unite with them.
